Caution!
Used boots, riding wear etc. must be disinfected before arrival to Iceland. The reason – infectious diseases can easily be brought into the country, which creates a great danger for the horses and other domestic animals.

1. INSURANCE Please note that any riding you do with us it is on your own risk. Individual travel insurance is not included in the price. We recommend that our customers take out appropriate travel insurance before joining our riding tours. Residents of EU/EEA countries should bring their European Health Insurance Card (E-111 form) in case of illness and the need for medical care.
2. RIDER REQUIREMENTS All riders must be able to follow the instructions of our guides at all times. Please inform us in advance if you but also your child have any medical conditions, allergies, diets or physical limitations that could affect your ride. People under the influence of alcohol and also drugs are not permitted on our tours. We have weight limitation to ride our horses, it is not more than 100kg and also the riders must be able to mount the horses themselves and without a step.
3. CLOTHING We supply helmets and rain gear. Dress according to weather. Good to bring gloves and a hat, windbreakers, hiking/walking shoes are good with our stirrups.
4. ARRIVAL Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
5. Weather & Tour Conditions
Due the poor weather conditions or any other not depending from us reasons plan and distance of the tour may change. We recommend checking the weather forecast and travelling conditions to be sure to SAFE TRAVEL. We will notify you as early as possible if changes are necessary. Your safety always comes first.
6. PERSONAL ITEMS & VALUABLES We recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Lock and zip your pockets before riding.
7. RESPECT OUR HORSES Since our horses are also our family members and each of them with great individual personality. Be kind to them and respect they work. Follow carefully the riding instructions given. Be happy because positive attitude helps create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
8. CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY Please check your booking confirmation for cancellation deadlines. Late cancellations but also no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Group bookings and private tours may have separate conditions.
9. ACCOMONDATION & GROUP EXPERIENCE Our guests and guides come from all over the world, so be prepared to meet new horse lovers from many countries. On the multiday options we most often stay in mountain huts with limited space, dormitory-style, in sleeping bags with around 20 others.
